New Patients
Your first appointment is primarily to meet the physician, review your medical history and decide whether you should have an ongoing physician and patient relationship.
Appointments
You should generally bring a single problem for your physician to address during a regular appointment. Multiple problems will require additional appointments.
Annual Physicals
The purpose of annual physicials is health promotion and disease screening. New problems may require additional appointments. We encourage you to book an appointment when the problem arises, rather than saving them up for the annual exam.
Appointment Cancellation
24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations. There will be a no-show fee charged for missed appointments.
Phone Calls

Lab Results
Patients will be notified in the event follow up is required as a consequence of testing. Lab or other test results are not available over the phone. If you have on-going concerns in regard to the testing that was orderd we encourage you to book a follow-up appointment with your physician to review your results. This appointment should be scheduled no earlier than one week post testing to ensure that your results have been received and reviewed.
Prescription Refills
Your physician will consider accepting and renewing a prescription sent to our office by your pharmacy if
you have regularly attended your office visits regarding your healthcare concerns.
